Issues

What can therapy help with?

People often seek help because they are experiencing difficulties and distress in their lives, but you don’t have to be in crisis to have therapy and no subject is off limits. I deal with a wide range of presenting issues and am happy to discuss any situation to see if it will be of value to you to work together.

I also offer parent work to individuals or couples who are facing challenges in or seeking a greater understanding of relationships with their children.
